We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of AI Automation Engineer/Developer
Part-time availability at 20 hours/week with flexible hours
Responsibilities include building and maintaining systems on monday.com and developing AI automations
Collaboration with founders to design and create new internal tools and systems

Requirements

Build and maintain custom internal systems primarily within monday.com to support core business operations
Develop and refine automations and workflows connected to monday.com, including Make.com automations
Create a Make.com automation that prevents a parent item from being moved to a new status if any subtasks are not marked as done
Design and build integrations between AI tools and monday.com so outputs and alerts flow directly into the system
Build an automated monthly report that scrapes all Dallas area homes sold between $2M and $5M, including photos, square footage, pool information, and other relevant property details
Maintain and improve the property scraping system to ensure accuracy and consistent monthly delivery
Build a web scraping system for publicly filed Texas Deeds of Trust and Warranty Deeds from tax office records
Develop AI functionality to read and interpret deed documents and alert the team when specific borrowers are mentioned
Create a searchable tool to find individuals listed on deeds within the $1M to $5M range and integrate this data into monday.com
Build an AI powered loan document reader that flags errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in loan documents
Automate proper file storage of loan documents into the correct Dropbox folders after review
Build AI tools to evaluate loan deals, including analysis of loan amounts, risk factors, and financial metrics
Support, maintain, and extend an existing mobile app hosted on AWS, including bug fixes and performance improvements
Maintain existing technical infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance as usage grows
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance when clients encounter issues with the app or internal platforms
Collaborate closely with founders to design and build new internal tools, systems, and features that do not yet exist
Good to have: Experience with real estate or lending tech (nice but not required)
Good to have: Experience with mobile app development and AWS
Good to have: Comfort working in a small, lean team with many projects and changing priorities
Non-negotiable Requirements: Strong technical skills in AI, software development, and automation
Non-negotiable Requirements: Previous experience building on Monday.com and integrating it with other tools
Non-negotiable Requirements: Ability to own and build custom technology (not just basic VA work)
Non-negotiable Requirements: Long term mindset; they want to grow with the same person and avoid high turnover
Non-negotiable Requirements: Person does not need deep Dallas/Texas real estate expertise but must be able to understand and support their tech use cases
