About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy for two entertainment-sector clients, delivering actionable strategic direction and omnichannel communication plans
  • Lead client meetings, presenting and defending strategies, occasionally in English
  • Orchestrate cultural and behavioral data and insights to define campaign strategies and formats based on behavior, culture, the competitive landscape, market data, and the client’s business
  • Work across media and creative teams, serving as a bridge and orchestrating an integrated, coherent final product
  • Guide the strategic messaging for campaigns and brand positioning
  • Adapt messaging and design complete campaign ecosystems for different personas and customer journeys, with digital expertise as a core component of the strategy
  • Enhance the strategic perspective of reports and learning agendas, ensuring they are actionable for future initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong track record in strategic planning, with experience at agencies, consultancies, or media companies
  • Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies that generated measurable business results and strengthened brand reputation
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and creative PowerPoint presentations with compelling narratives for senior executives
  • Broad cultural and behavioral knowledge, with the ability to translate it into opportunities for brands and their businesses
  • Advanced/fluent English, with confidence discussing, presenting, and responding to questions in client meetings
  • Preferred: experience in or a genuine interest in the entertainment industry
