About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build brand, communication and content strategies based on clients' business challenges.
- Develop annual plans, campaign plans, communication platforms and plans for specific projects.
- Structure planning for digital environments, social media, content and other brand touchpoints.
- Analyze market, consumer behavior, culture, competition, category and performance data.
- Identify strategic opportunities for brands that need to expand their relevance in competitive markets.
- Translate complex data, research and information into clear diagnoses and actionable recommendations.
- Create strategic presentations with coherent narrative, consistency and clear direction.
- Present plans and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, briefings and strategic discussions with clients.
- Support creative teams in developing inspiring, clear and strategically grounded briefs.
- Use learnings from media, content and performance to refine future strategies and plans.
- Contribute to building a relationship of trust and strategic partnership with clients.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications or related fields.
- Experience developing brand strategies and communication planning.
- Knowledge of digital environments, social media and content strategies.
- Experience creating and structuring strategic presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different agency departments.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Availability for a hybrid work model and for in-person meetings with clients.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, communication and brand-building methodologies.
- Experience facilitating workshops, collaborative processes or client dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides or other presentation tools.
- Knowledge of storytelling techniques and building strategic narratives.
- Experience planning digital ecosystems, social media and content.
- Ability to interpret research, media, audience and performance data.
