About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead senior account management on a day-to-day basis, maintaining close client relationships and ensuring smooth communication, priorities and deliverables;
  • Develop and execute institutional communication, reputation and PR plans, including key messages, narratives and tactical recommendations;
  • Manage media relations efforts, including story ideas, press releases, Q&As, briefings, follow-up and relationship-building with journalists;
  • Identify opportunities for positive visibility for the client, considering topics such as sustainability, social impact, culture, education, innovation and sector development;
  • Monitor and anticipate sensitive issues, contributing to reputational risk management and communication recommendations;
  • Oversee special projects, events, invitations, institutional initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities;
  • Support account leadership, working autonomously with strategic vision and the ability to represent the agency in meetings and client engagements when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in PR, Corporate Communications and client servicing, preferably in an agency environment;
  • Strong track record in media relations, journalist engagement, corporate storytelling and message development;
  • Experience with corporate/institutional clients in industrial, energy, infrastructure, B2B or regulated sectors;
  • Good situational awareness, familiarity with sensitive issues and a reputation-focused mindset;
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
