About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the team, ensuring integration, clarity of roles, team development and quality of deliverables;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, running day-to-day operations with organization, strategic vision and a consultative approach;
Develop strategic communication and PR plans, focused on brand, reputation, institutional matters and sustainability;
Build and maintain relationships with the press, partners and other stakeholders relevant to the accounts;
Analyze results, consolidate reports and identify opportunities to advance the accounts;
Ensure effective time management, prioritization and operational flow within a context of multiple projects and diverse demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in PR, corporate communication and agency account management;
Experience with accounts preferably in the financial sector and corporate accounts;
People management experience, with the ability to lead, develop and organize teams;
Background in institutional communication, reputation and sustainability;
Advanced English (advantage).
