Planning Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strategic plans from scratch, working autonomously, for global clients in the entertainment field.
- Analyze culture, trends, and consumer behavior to generate insights that guide brand communication and activation.
- Lead high-level strategic presentations and discussions with full fluency in English (all interactions with one of the clients are conducted in English).
- Experience in the entertainment, pop culture, gaming, or audiovisual sectors (from Netflix to Rock in Rio—everything counts).
- Serve as the main point of reference and take responsibility for planning deliverables for these accounts, working directly with agency leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior and proven experience at an advertising agency.
- Enjoy working in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility, agility, and proactivity.
- Flexibility to handle challenges and constantly changing scenarios.
- Strong client and business partner relationship skills.
- Fluent English (proven): must be able to run complex meetings, debate ideas, and defend a strategic plan entirely in English.
- Autonomy and execution-focused profile: ability to take a project from start to finish independently. This is not a people-management role.
- Portfolio with strategic cases: we want to see projects that demonstrate your ability to transform cultural insights into brand strategy.
