About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and optimize social listening queries to capture relevant conversations and identify trends.
  • Tag and categorize mentions for analysis of sentiment, volume and key themes.
  • Ensure data governance and standardization, maintaining information integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Produce reports that go beyond the numbers, translating raw data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for business and creative teams.
  • Serve as the internal “voice of the community,” presenting feedback and valuable insights that influence content strategy and campaign planning.
  • Actively manage and moderate the brand’s communities on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, fostering a safe, engaging environment aligned with the brand’s values.
  • Interact with community members by responding to comments and messages promptly and empathetically, encouraging conversations that strengthen relationships.
  • Proactively monitor the digital environment to identify potential risks and reputation crises.
  • Operate on the front line of crisis management, applying response protocols quickly, strategically and effectively to protect the brand’s reputation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical skills: You have sharp logical reasoning to structure arguments, solve complex problems and, above all, turn data into clear insights.
  • Strategic mindset: Able to connect day-to-day activities with the client’s business objectives, always considering the “why” behind each action.
  • Organization and governance: Excellent organizational skills to handle large volumes of information and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Digital knowledge: Strong understanding of metrics, formats and best practices on key platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Exceptional communication: Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with both the online community and internal teams.
  • Previous experience with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Stilingue).
  • Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI).
  • Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish.
