About the role
- Lead account management for Brand PR accounts that interface between the consumer and health sectors;
- Manage two separate teams, ensuring integration, clarity of roles, team development and quality of deliverables;
- Act as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day operations with organization, strategic vision and a consultative approach;
- Develop strategic communication and PR plans with a focus on brand, reputation, institutional communications and sustainability;
- Build and maintain relationships with the press, partners and relevant stakeholders for the accounts;
- Analyze results, consolidate reports and identify opportunities for account growth and improvement;
- Ensure effective time management, prioritization and operational flow in a context of multiple fronts and varying demands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PR, corporate communications and account service in an agency or similar environment;
- Experience with brand PR accounts, preferably with exposure to consumer and health projects;
- Experience in people management, with the ability to lead, develop and organize teams;
- Background in institutional communication, reputation management and sustainability;
- Advanced English.
