Key responsibilities & impact

Editing & Storytelling: Full editing with a focus on narrative, pacing and flow
Technical Finishing: Audio treatment, color grading and basic mixing
Motion Graphics: Creation of visual elements, captions and dynamic transitions
Format Adaptation: Repurposing content for TikTok, Reels and YouTube

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency with editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere
- After Effects
- Final Cut Pro or similar
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, CapCut AI) is a plus
