About the role
- Prospect new clients, present solutions and close deals
- Maintain frequent contact with companies and their decision-makers
- Conduct prospecting via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
- Conduct video conferences and remote presentations
- Understand customers' pain points and promote our solutions
- Clarify doubts clearly and courteously
- Handle objections with maturity, friendliness, and enthusiasm
- Use the CRM system correctly and responsibly
- Keep your scheduled online meetings
- Work as a telesales representative, presenting and assisting customers
- Maintain and care for the client portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing
- Experience with CRM systems
- Must have the following equipment for work, such as: . Up-to-date notebook/desktop . Broadband internet 300 Mbps or higher . Headset . Quiet and suitable workspace
- Preferred - Degree completed or in progress in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Additional monitor to operate with two screens to facilitate work
