About the role
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales and revenue goals, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through CRM systems.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Enterprise Health solution and become an expert on its value proposition.
- Understand customer challenges related to compliance, health and wellness, and rising insurance costs, and offer solutions that address these challenges.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and participate in negotiations, while meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Present the Enterprise Health solution confidently and credibly through demonstrations, meetings, conferences, and sales-related activities, enhancing your communication and public speaking skills.
- Define project scope by creating initial statements of work and identifying potential new functionality by staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Establish long-term partnerships with customers by building trust and credibility through regular interactions and delivering measurable value.
- Strengthen customer relationships by participating in account reviews, customer satisfaction surveys, and ensuring that value is continuously communicated and demonstrated.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Health team to contribute to ongoing process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Efficient time management and collaboration across teams are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of selling complex software solutions, preferably in occupational health, safety, employee engagement, or healthcare.
- Strong history of selling to Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience working with statements of work related to software implementations.
- Familiarity with the health IT needs of large employers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present confidently in public speaking settings.
- Polished communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter who works well in a team environment and excels in a distributed team setup.
