Email marketing is at the core of the business; the team collaborates with growth, project management, design and advertising to build global communities and engage attendees.
Deliver creative email concepts with storytelling and copy tailored for different audiences, and leverage AI tools to write, edit, and refine content.
Own the end-to-end strategy and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including customer acquisition plans across nurture, referral, re-engagement and abandonment flows.
Support building and implementation of email automation workflows, and propose and run A/B tests across concepts, subject lines, CTAs, copy and images.
Analyse data and report on key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Requirements
You’re passionate about developing creative marketing concepts, including copywriting
You’re excited about the idea of owning the strategy of email and proposing innovative ideas that combine creative thinking with customer obsession and data insights
You have experience in building email marketing campaigns and you’re aware of the key elements of an email, preferably having worked with email tools for automation
You’re data-driven with a strong interest in email marketing and the digital world
You’re an excellent communicator with great attention to detail.
You keep up-to-date with the latest ideas in technology and marketing.

You proactively take ownership of proposing improvements that help us keep growing
You like to work cross-functionally with different departments and team members
2+ years’ commercial experience with some/all of the following: Email marketing, content marketing, creative-focused projects, marketing automation at scale.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Able to write engaging content
Exceptional written and spoken English
Some technical and analytical experience across email building and set-up on email platforms (Iterable is a plus)
Experience delivering to strict deadlines.
