- You analyze campaign data (e.g. in Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics or funnel reports) and identify patterns, correlations and optimization opportunities.
- Together with our clients you design and produce efficient text, graphic and video content for the mentioned channels – using creative tools (e.g. Canva).
- You support the strategic development of our campaign logic and funnel structures.
- Audience analysis: Analyze target groups to understand their needs and interests.
- Collaboration with internal experts (e.g. web design).

- Reporting & actions: Weekly evaluations (CPL/CPA, lead quality) with clear to-dos and prioritization.
- You are the main point of contact for your accounts, advise clients proactively, present results and drive cross- and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Initial hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- You don’t have to be a performance marketing expert. If you can already navigate the Business Managers of Google or Meta well and have launched initial campaigns, that is sufficient to start.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience is desirable but not required.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a high sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality.
- Strong willingness to learn and motivation to continuously expand your performance marketing skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and initial experience with CRM tools, GA4, GTM or automations (e.g. Zapier) are desirable.
- Creativity and confident use of Canva or similar tools to create simple ad designs yourself.
- Some experience working with WordPress or Webflow websites or funnel tools is desirable.
- Basic understanding of online marketing and familiarity with KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR and ROAS.
- A good ear for language and copywriting talent (landing pages, ads, emails).
- Video editing skills are a plus but not required.
- Independent, structured way of working and high reliability.
- Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
Benefits
- Work like an entrepreneur within the company: You structure your day, client meetings and tasks independently in a way that suits you.
- Remote work: Work from anywhere in the world as long as you are reachable during German working hours and maintain a professional presence on client calls.
- You get full responsibility for your projects and direct influence on revenue & strategy.
- Direct collaboration with the founder: You will work closely with the founder Patrick and gain insights into all areas of performance marketing.
- Steep learning curve & high-quality training: You will learn strategies and skills that others pay a lot for in training and apply them immediately in practice.
- Fair compensation including performance-based commission.
- Co-working membership: Upon request you will receive a membership in a co-working space in your city.
- You will be one of the first employees in a still small but growing company – with the opportunity to actively shape structures and take on leadership responsibility.
