About the role

  • You independently manage our clients’ Meta and Google ad accounts and are responsible for their optimization.
  • Planning, setup & ongoing optimization of lead and applicant campaigns in Meta and Google.
  • You analyze campaign data (e.g., in Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, or funnel analyses) and identify patterns, correlations and optimization potentials.
  • You conceptualize and create efficient text, graphic and video content together with our clients for the channels mentioned — using creative tools (e.g., Canva).
  • You support the strategic development of our campaign logic and funnel structures.
  • Audience analysis: analyzing target groups to understand their needs and interests.
  • Collaboration with internal experts (e.g., web design).
  • Creation of high-converting forms: developing forms that motivate users to take the desired action and achieve a high conversion rate.
  • Tracking: clean setup in GA4/GTM, Enhanced Conversions & Consent Mode v2; regular QA of events.
  • Reporting & actions: weekly analyses (CPL/CPA, lead quality) with clear to-dos and prioritization.
  • You are the main contact person for your accounts, proactively advise clients, present results and drive cross- and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • First practical experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications or Business Informatics, or comparable training / relevant professional experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and a hands-on mentality.
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously expand your performance marketing skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and initial experience with CRM tools, GA4, GTM or automations (e.g., Zapier) is desirable.
  • Creativity and confident use of Canva or similar tools to create simple ad designs yourself.
  • Initial experience working on WordPress or Webflow websites or funnel tools is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing and familiarity with metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR and ROAS.
  • A good sense of language and copywriting talent (landing pages, ads, emails).
  • Independent, structured working style and high reliability.
  • Very good German skills (spoken & written).
Benefits
  • Work like an entrepreneur within the company: you structure your day, client meetings and tasks independently in the way that suits you.
  • Location-independent work: work from anywhere in the world as long as you are reachable during German working hours and present professionally in client calls.
  • You get full responsibility for your projects and direct influence on revenue & strategy.
  • Direct collaboration with the founder: you will work closely with the founder, Patrick, and gain insight into all areas of performance marketing.
  • Steep learning curve & high-quality training: you will learn strategies and skills that others pay a lot for in training and apply them immediately in practice.
  • Fair compensation including performance-based commission.
  • Co-working membership: upon request you will receive a membership at a co-working space in your city.
  • You will be one of the first employees in a still small but growing company — with the chance to actively shape structures and take on leadership responsibilities.
