• Manage a small IT team and lead internal tech initiatives
• Support and enhance internal IT operations, tools, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity and performance
• Lead day-to-day IT functions, including hardware management, software setup, and user support (Windows & Mac)
• Administer core tools like Office 365 and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), ensuring smooth onboarding, access management, and usage
• Develop and enforce internal IT policies and best practices around security, systems use, and tooling
• Maintain accurate logs of hardware and IT inventory and order equipment when necessary
• Collaborate on tech projects to plan and execute solutions that improve operations
• Research and propose new technologies to improve productivity and scale with the business
• Act as first point of contact for technical support issues, escalating where necessary
