Account Manager – Enterprise

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify new enterprise customers and develop long-term strategic business relationships.
- Leverage existing networks and modern sales approaches to create new opportunities at the decision-maker level.
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle — from initial outreach through discovery, demos and negotiations to a successful close.
- Confidently engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success and Product to drive sustainable growth.
- Contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping the enterprise sales strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or in selling complex, consultative software solutions.
- Ideally a strong, reliable network in enterprise, corporate or digital environments.
- Experience building and managing complex sales pipelines and longer decision-making processes.
- Confident presence at decision-maker level, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated and holding high standards for the quality of your work.
- Experience with modern CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
- Native-level German and good English skills.
