Partner Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale a high-performance partner network
- Develop and implement a data-driven channel sales strategy
- Active partner acquisition in a "hunter" mode
- Rapid enablement and activation of new partners
- Ownership of the entire partner sales funnel
- Co-selling with partners
- Systematic expansion of existing partners through upselling, cross-selling and pipeline development
- Analyze market, competitors and channel potentials to identify new growth levers
- Manage the partner business using KPIs, forecasts and clear performance metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in channel sales / partner management within a SaaS environment with direct revenue responsibility
- Proven success in building and scaling partner channels
- Hunter mentality: passion for prospecting, cold calling, outreach and new deals
- Strong skills in closing, negotiation and stakeholder management
- Strategic thinker with fast, pragmatic execution
- Data-driven working style
- Native-level German and very good English
