Senior Enterprise Growth Officer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline in the Enterprise and Large-Corporate segment
- Your focus is solely on acquisition, initial contact and qualification
- You will work closely with Account Executives who take over the opportunities you build and drive them to close
- Identification and prioritization of relevant enterprise accounts
- Proactive outreach to decision-makers across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Development of tailored outreach strategies for each account
- Conduct structured initial conversations to assess needs
- Handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Document and maintain all activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Continuous optimization of your outreach approaches based on data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in outbound sales / business development in a B2B environment
- Ideally experience in the enterprise or complex mid-market segment
- Proven track record in generating qualified pipeline
- Strong skills in cold outreach and initial contact
- Structured, disciplined and self-directed working style
- High resilience and results orientation
- Very good German skills and good English skills
