About the role

  • Monitor and measure the delivery of services and the costs of technical activities. Prepare precise and detailed reports for management.
  • Identify and implement actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services for customers and partners.
  • Optimize collaboration and synergies between internal teams, ensuring smooth integration between sales and operations.
  • Support the scaling of internal operational activities to achieve growth targets and address related challenges.
  • Develop skills in auditing, reporting, and project management. Support internal audits and operational projects as needed.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, finance, data science, or humanities.
  • You are a professional with at least 1 year of experience in operations, reporting, or project management.
  • You are comfortable managing internal stakeholders, up to the Leadership Team.
  • You can deliver effective presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills
  • You are proficient in using MS Office suite; BI tools like Power BI will be considered a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian
  • Experience in a software company (SaaS experience is a plus)
