About the role
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities that align with Weave’s business objectives and content strategy.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including meta tags, headers, copy, and URL structures, to drive improved search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and optimize high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with B2B software audiences.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to ensure Weave and TrueLark’s websites meet search engine standards, including speed optimization, site crawlability, and indexability.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Support the Marketing team in maximizing campaigns for additional organic success by identifying opportunities to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating and maintaining SEO-related reporting dashboards.
- Assist in the fulfillment of search optimization for other search algorithms (YouTube, Pinterest).
- Report to SEO Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SEO or related role.
- Strong ability in keyword research and data analysis.
- Proven expertise in content marketing and optimization strategies.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO for B2B software websites, including schema markup and structured data, hreflang implementation, and robots.txt.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Salesforce).
- Experience with branded writing and content creation.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, including page creation, optimization, and content updates.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Legally eligible to work in the US.
