About the role
- Work to expand our existing customer base and extract value from assigned leads
- Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing that deal
- Develop new accounts and maintain/extend existing accounts within the Account Executive’s pipeline
- Responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and task completion
- Prospect into signed customers’ pipelines for expansion opportunities and ask for referrals
- Maximize each sales opportunity through attachment of additional Weave features/products
- Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports; work through Salesforce tasks daily
- Negotiate agreements and keep organized, detailed records of sales and data
- Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
- Participate in regular company and office meetings to share AE progress; report to Upsells Outbound Director of Sales
Requirements
- 2+ years in closing role within SaaS
- Proven success in pipeline management and task completion
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong ability to adopt sales processes and organizational standards
- Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with Salesforce, calling tools and Payments
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Team player and coachable mentality
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks about work eligibility and visa sponsorship)
