About the role

  • Weave Communications (NYSE: WEAV) Strategic Partnerships team role focused on product integration, marketplace, referral/reseller, and strategic partnerships
  • Team oversees PMS/EHR integration, product integration, and broader strategic partnerships and works closely with C-Team & VP leadership
  • This position will require travel to our Lehi, UT HQ
  • Reports to: VP of Strategic Partnerships
  • Build recommendations for revenue-generating opportunities by aligning teams around strategic vision, identifying preferred partners, and sourcing new partner opportunities
  • Grow Weave’s ecosystem of partners and manage partner marketplace initiatives
  • Open additional TAM by exploring new markets or vertical opportunities
  • Measure performance and identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
  • Play a role in the decision making process of where to build vs where to partner
  • Identify partnerships that unlock key workflows for customers and increase value proposition for Weave and partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executives across partner landscape and potential large customers
  • Lead major cross-departmental projects and manage tasks including defining project scope, timelines, dependencies, tracking & reporting of key milestones, engaging/influencing project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, product management, or a similar role
  • 5+ Years of SaaS experience (preferred)
  • Proven experience in aligning others around strategic vision, developing partner relationships and implementing execution plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experienced conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills
