Weave Communications (NYSE: WEAV) Strategic Partnerships team role focused on product integration, marketplace, referral/reseller, and strategic partnerships
Team oversees PMS/EHR integration, product integration, and broader strategic partnerships and works closely with C-Team & VP leadership
This position will require travel to our Lehi, UT HQ
Reports to: VP of Strategic Partnerships
Build recommendations for revenue-generating opportunities by aligning teams around strategic vision, identifying preferred partners, and sourcing new partner opportunities
Grow Weave’s ecosystem of partners and manage partner marketplace initiatives
Open additional TAM by exploring new markets or vertical opportunities
Measure performance and identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships
Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
Play a role in the decision making process of where to build vs where to partner
Identify partnerships that unlock key workflows for customers and increase value proposition for Weave and partners
Develop and maintain relationships with executives across partner landscape and potential large customers
Lead major cross-departmental projects and manage tasks including defining project scope, timelines, dependencies, tracking & reporting of key milestones, engaging/influencing project stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, product management, or a similar role
5+ Years of SaaS experience (preferred)
Proven experience in aligning others around strategic vision, developing partner relationships and implementing execution plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
