About the role
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust performance marketing strategy for B2C user growth and B2B advertising client lead generation
- End-to-end management of paid campaigns and organic channel activation across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, OLV, CTV, ASO, and affiliate/partner marketing
- Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for external media partners; manage relationships and vet new partners
- Own tracking, linking, and attribution strategy using Kochava and evaluate alternative solutions
- Create weekly marketing channel reports; optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create and maintain a test and learn library; manage testing roadmap and partner on creative trafficking
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Intelligence, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure tracking, data accuracy, ASO, and creative development
- Explore and stand-up new revenue-generating channels, including an affiliate marketing program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a performance or growth marketing role, with a strong focus on data-driven strategy and execution
- Innate curiosity, who likes to push limits and has the vision to explore and execute new ideas
- Expertise overseeing large-scale campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads
- Direct experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Kochava, including managing linking and attribution strategies
- A strong understanding of mobile app marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external partners and vendors
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in using data to inform decisions. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for various stakeholders
- A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented, and detail-driven mindset
