About the role

  • Define and communicate the organization’s product and design vision aligned with strategic goals, and establish and drive the product roadmap based on business objectives and user needs.
  • Lead and manage the product and design teams, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Partner with executives to align product initiatives with the revenue plan and execute against it, while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to optimize products for market success.
  • Engage with clients and partners to identify opportunities for new capabilities and products, and conduct market analysis to refine product strategy using trends and customer insights.
  • Work closely with engineering to prioritize features and optimize product offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product features and partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Foster innovation by integrating user research and usability testing into the design process, leading UX/UI teams to uphold brand consistency and drive user-centered design.
  • Mentor product and design teams, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture, and conduct regular one-on-one sessions to support team development and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and share insights on industry trends with executives to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management and design, and 4-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a software or tech environment, with a strong background in managing large-scale consumer mobile products and growing audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, UX/UI design principles, and agile and project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, scaling product and design teams, and coaching direct reports for professional development and advancement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to product development and user experience.
  • Deep understanding of customer insights, competitive analysis, and market dynamics, with experience in successfully relaunching large consumer products through redesigns.
