About the role

  • Design, implement, and optimize automations using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
  • Build reliable integrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs, and more
  • Develop AI-driven workflows such as transcription pipelines, chatbots, meeting assistants, and voice-to-form solutions
  • Create and maintain data dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using AirTable, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, and Sheets/Excel
  • Deploy and manage AI models in production environments with continuous monitoring and performance tuning
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, map workflows, and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Document workflows, integrations, and automations to ensure transparency, scalability, and easy maintenance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate)
  • Strong knowledge of API integration principles (REST, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, JSON)
  • Experience automating across tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and CRMs
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, ElevenLabs, transcription/voice tools)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to reliability
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to map and optimize workflows end-to-end.
