About the role

  • Own the design of the end-to-end customer experience across digital and physical touch points.
  • Shape intuitive, patient-first and clinician-friendly experiences for cardiac monitoring products.
  • Set direction for overall experience while remaining hands-on with UI design and implementation.
  • Use research, iteration, and design thinking to simplify and improve every step of the user journey.
  • Partner closely with engineering, commercial, the CEO, and clinical operations to create seamless experiences.
  • Lead UX and UI design across patient and clinician journeys, including onboarding, packaging, instructions, and long-term use.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces for mobile and web.
  • Ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and advocate for users through user research and usability testing.
  • Create and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across mobile, web, and service experiences.
  • Contribute to content design, messaging, product requirements, and specs for new features and enhancements.
  • Lead brand and marketing design: maintain and evolve company website and create product marketing assets like investor presentations and pitch decks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products.
  • Expertise in user-centered design methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong skills with modern design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience simplifying complex workflows for broad audiences.
  • Ability to manage design from concept to delivery, balancing business and user needs.
  • Knowledge of current mobile and web technologies, including design systems (Material, Carbon, Fluent, etc).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, digital health, or wellness.
  • Preferred: Experience with both consumer (B2C) and clinical/provider (B2B) products.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with service design—covering physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Preferred: Experience evolving or creating design systems from scratch.
