About the role
- Consistently exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Title agents
- Real estate brokers & teams
- Lenders
- Builders & attorneys
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute strategic call plans and pipelines
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Escrow teams
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide responsive, proactive communication to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in residential real estate or title insurance (required)
- Strong understanding of the title insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- A consultative, relationship-first sales approach
- Experience in business development or client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and Teams
- Ability to travel at least 1 week per month
