About the role

Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and operations, delivering critical financial insights.
Lead development of medium- and long-range cash flow and capital planning strategies.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Build, enhance, and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate initiatives and projects.
Conduct detailed variance analysis of actuals vs. forecast to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Assess manufacturing costs, production efficiency, and KPIs to recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, data-driven recommendations for decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives.
Safeguard the accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports.

Strong grasp of cash flow management, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling.

Experience with tools such as Oracle BI, Power BI, or other financial reporting/visualization platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or related financial roles.
