Strong manufacturing operations background (non-negotiable)
Experience running production floors, plant operations, or similar environments
Exposure to warehouse and fulfillment operations
Proven ability to manage teams at scale
Fragrance industry experience (this is the slam dunk)
Backgrounds from companies like International Flavors & Fragrances, Givaudan, Agilex Fragrances, Phoenix Flavours and Fragrances, Cosmo International Fragrances, Alpha Aromatics, Belair Creations
E-commerce operational experience
