About the role

  • Proactively generate new title insurance business through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-driven sales efforts
  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, investors, and developers
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate title insurance and settlement solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Partner closely with internal title, escrow, and operations teams to ensure seamless closings and high client satisfaction
  • Track and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Represent the organization professionally at industry events, meetings, and virtual networking opportunities
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings within the title insurance industry

Requirements

  • Prior experience selling title insurance is required
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial title and closing processes
  • Existing industry relationships and referral networks preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
