About the role
- Proactively generate new title insurance business through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-driven sales efforts
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with real estate agents, lenders, mortgage brokers, attorneys, investors, and developers
- Identify client needs and present appropriate title insurance and settlement solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing account management
- Partner closely with internal title, escrow, and operations teams to ensure seamless closings and high client satisfaction
- Track and manage a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Represent the organization professionally at industry events, meetings, and virtual networking opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings within the title insurance industry
Requirements
- Prior experience selling title insurance is required
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial title and closing processes
- Existing industry relationships and referral networks preferred
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
