About the role
- Provide executive oversight of all operational functions across multiple facilities, ensuring seamless coordination between clinical, administrative, and financial teams to support patient outcomes and organizational performance.
- Develop and lead operational strategies to improve efficiency, enhance quality of care, and maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations across all sites.
- Oversee a multi-facility team, promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence; coach and develop emerging leaders to strengthen internal talent pipelines as the organization scales.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes that enable consistent operational execution and high-quality care delivery across all locations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential expansion sites, and manage all operational elements of new facility launches, including licensing, staffing, and onboarding.
- Build and monitor robust KPIs across financial, operational, and clinical dimensions—driving continuous improvement and informed, data-based decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and resource allocation efforts, balancing fiscal responsibility with growth initiatives and clinical quality objectives.
- Ensure operational excellence through process optimization, risk management, and proactive compliance oversight at each facility.
- Establish operational best practices, governance structures, and performance management systems that support disciplined multi-site growth.
- Partner with clinical leadership to maintain alignment between business operations and the organization’s mission of delivering superior care outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, ideally managing multiple sites or regional operations.
- Proven record of managing facility operations, driving efficiency, and leading organizational expansion or turnaround initiatives.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, interpret performance metrics, and guide resource deployment across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, payer relations, and operational scaling within regulated industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and leading high-performing multi-site teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Experience in behavioral health or autism therapy is advantageous but not required—high-caliber healthcare operators from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to transition seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, capable of representing the organization with credibility to partners, payers, and potential investors.
- Willingness to travel as needed to maintain oversight and alignment across all facilities.
