About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing) to gather business needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions
- Design, build, and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Salesforce, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business goals and provide visibility into performance trends
- Leverage Salesforce’s data model and objects to support reporting and analytics
- Develop compelling visualizations that clearly communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously improve visual reporting assets based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Partner with data teams to support the development and improvement of data flows and reporting processes
- Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain reliable reporting
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for data and reporting teams
- Contribute to the planning and enhancement of scalable data solutions in collaboration with data engineering and architecture teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field (Or currently pursuing this degree)
- Experience in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, with a portfolio of impactful dashboards or reports
- Experience in SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and its data structure
- Experience working with ETL processes and data integration workflows
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus
- Knowledge of Python or R is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
