About the role
- Support Advisor Teams and Ensure Accurate Trade Execution/Resolutions
- Work closely with advisor teams, serving as a resource for trade workflows and operational guidance.
- Review trade activity to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Communicate resolutions promptly to advisors and stakeholders to maintain confidence in trading processes.
- Assist with inquiries related to trade execution and provide recommendations for best practices.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Partners on Trade Reconciliation
- Partner with custodians, trading platforms, and internal teams to reconcile executed trades accurately.
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review and compliance purposes.
- Ensure proper integration and data integrity across systems to support operational accuracy.
- Support ad hoc requests and reporting needs related to trading operations.
- Develop Processes to Increase Operational Efficiency and Reduce Risk
- Identify opportunities to streamline trade workflows and reduce operational risk.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams on initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving trading processes and error prevention.
- Seek creative solutions to minimize administrative burden and improve advisor experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance or economics, or related
- 3 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on investment operations
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment operations
- Proven written and verbal (presentation) communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization and clients
- Ability to create quality written presentations and articles for Advisor and client consumption
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
