About the role

  • Support Advisor Teams and Ensure Accurate Trade Execution/Resolutions
  • Work closely with advisor teams, serving as a resource for trade workflows and operational guidance.
  • Review trade activity to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate resolutions promptly to advisors and stakeholders to maintain confidence in trading processes.
  • Assist with inquiries related to trade execution and provide recommendations for best practices.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Partners on Trade Reconciliation
  • Partner with custodians, trading platforms, and internal teams to reconcile executed trades accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports for management review and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure proper integration and data integrity across systems to support operational accuracy.
  • Support ad hoc requests and reporting needs related to trading operations.
  • Develop Processes to Increase Operational Efficiency and Reduce Risk
  • Identify opportunities to streamline trade workflows and reduce operational risk.
  • Collaborate with technology and operations teams on initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving trading processes and error prevention.
  • Seek creative solutions to minimize administrative burden and improve advisor experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance or economics, or related
  • 3 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on investment operations
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment operations
  • Proven written and verbal (presentation) communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization and clients
  • Ability to create quality written presentations and articles for Advisor and client consumption
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
