About the role
- Serve as the primary touch-point for clients, managing all aspects of the project and relationship to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the communicator and facilitator between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects.
- Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team.
- Develop a deep understanding of the CLMi product that is our Saas platform.
- Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs and expectations.
- Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support as required.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to support existing customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors.
- Proven experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodology for developing complex software solutions.
- Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
