About the role
- Identify and research potential B2B partners in our target markets
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn and run structured cold outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads, understand their needs and match them with the right WLX offering and vertical
- Own the full outbound sales funnel
- Negotiate commercial conditions within defined guardrails and close new partner contracts
- Build and maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities forward and shorten sales cycles
- Share structured feedback from calls and deals with internal teams
- Contribute to testing new verticals and sales approaches
Requirements
- Solid experience in B2B sales, ideally in an outbound / new business role
- A proven track record in cold outreach and pipeline building (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Fluent German skills and at least basic English skills (English is our internal company language)
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive)
- A solid understanding of structured sales processes
- Clear, structured and empathetic communication style
- A strong sense of ownership for your numbers and results
- High motivation to have direct impact on company success
