About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle **inbound lead and discovery calls** generated from marketing campaigns;
Conduct **short (10–15 minute) sales conversations** to qualify and convert leads;
Clearly explain services using **scripts and structured messaging;**
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals;
Support **onboarding of new customers** after conversion;
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management;
Maintain and update **CRM records and sales pipeline;**
Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes;
Ensure data is accurate and organized;
Assist with **outreach and follow-up efforts;**
Support newsletters and communication when needed;
Contribute to improving and scaling the **sales process over time;**

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in **English and Spanish (spoken and written);**
Experience in **healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry;**
Strong **sales and communication skills**, especially on calls;
Experience with **lead qualification and closing conversations;**
Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations;
Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently;
Comfortable in a **fast-paced, growing environment;**
Background in **sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;**
Experience using **CRM tools and managing pipelines;**
