About the role
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost-saving opportunities;
- Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems;
- Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables;
- Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments;
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion;
- Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements;
- Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams;
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports
- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and **Google Suite;**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Full-time availability during EST business hours;
- Work from home
- Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week)
- Starting salary between **4$ - 12$** per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance
