About the role

Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost-saving opportunities;
Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems;
Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making;
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables;
Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments;
Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion;
Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements;
Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams;

Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports
**Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and **Google Suite;**
Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams
Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Full-time availability during EST business hours;
