Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex client relationships and drive outstanding social-first work.
Mentor the next generation of account talent within the team.
Oversee the delivery of complex campaigns and support strategic planning.
Manage account profitability and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work.
Report to the Account Director and play a key role in ensuring client and team success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years' experience in client services, ideally in a creative, digital or socially-led agency.
Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, digital culture and emerging trends.
Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, profitability and client relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust internally and externally.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills and curiosity about emerging technologies and creative AI tools.
