About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development of innovative AI-powered tools and digital products in the social media space
Development and further development of MVPs into high-performance, scalable solutions
Integration and optimization of LLMs and AI agent workflows (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
Working with APIs from platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Building modern full-stack solutions with a focus on users, performance and scalability
Supporting the expansion and stabilization of our global platform
Shaping technical decisions, workflows and new product ideas
Close collaboration with creative, strategic and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in full-stack development
Strong knowledge of modern frameworks such as Next.js, React, Node.js and/or Python
Experience with APIs, OAuth flows, webhooks and modern web architectures
Interest in AI technologies, LLMs and digital products
Ideally: experience with AI workflows, agent systems or automation platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, n8n or similar tools
Experience with cloud environments and deployment processes (e.g., Vercel, AWS or Google Cloud)
Structured and independent way of working
Enjoy translating new ideas quickly into functioning solutions
Pragmatism, ownership and a strong sense of technical quality
Very good German and/or English skills, both written and spoken
