  • **The Opportunity**
  • Are you ready to be the senior day-to-day partner between global brands and a top creative agency? Do you thrive on leading multiple accounts, improving ways of working and keeping large multidisciplinary teams moving with clarity?
  • As part of the Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, driving innovative social-first strategies, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver award-winning work. You’ll report into the Group Account Director and play a key role in driving both client success and agency growth.

  • - Acted as the primary/senior client contact, building trust with senior stakeholders and confidently discussing, challenging and negotiating where needed.
  • - Led quarterly business reviews and acted as the agency's eyes and ears across complex accounts.
  • - Proactively identified opportunities for business growth, stronger scope setups and improved client satisfaction.
  • - Motivated, mentored and upskilled more junior account team members.
  • - Led and directed large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, research, influence marketing and production.
  • - Provided day-to-day operational oversight for large project timelines, key resources, processes and budgets.
  • - Taken financial ownership of accounts, including monthly tracking, forecasting and profitability management with finance and leadership teams.
  • - Shaped the strategic direction for clients, introducing socially-led creative strategies that resonate (across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and wider social ecosystems).
  • - Used or understood creative AI tools and processes to improve social-first creative development or ways of working.
  • - Made clear decisions and found pragmatic solutions to specific client, team or operational challenges.
  • **What Else Are We Looking For?**
  • - 6+ years’ experience in client services, ideally in a creative or socially-led agency.
  • - Recent senior experience working with large clients and managing multidisciplinary teams of 12+ people.
  • - Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and how they drive brand and business outcomes.
  • - Highly professional, structured and process-driven, with the judgement to flex when needed.
  • - Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate teams and upskill junior colleagues.
  • - Direct, clear communication and the confidence to manage senior stakeholders day to day.
  • - Solid financial and commercial experience, including monthly budget tracking, forecasting, profitability and leadership updates.
  • - A can-do approach.
  • - Willingness and ability to travel when needed (mainly EU & US).
  • - Fluent English (C1/C2), and proficiency in French or German is a big plus.
