About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a creative role (Creative, Copywriter, Art Director, or hybrid creative), ideally within a socially-led or digital-first agency.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a creative context (professional, experimental, or personal projects).
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into platform-relevant outputs.
- Ability to write effective prompts for generative tools across visual, video, and text formats.
- Good understanding of social platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with curiosity for emerging tech and creative experimentation.
- Knowledge of production processes and social-first content environments.
