Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a creative role (Creative, Copywriter, Art Director, or hybrid creative), ideally within a socially-led or digital-first agency.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a creative context (professional, experimental, or personal projects).
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into platform-relevant outputs.
Ability to write effective prompts for generative tools across visual, video, and text formats.
Good understanding of social platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with curiosity for emerging tech and creative experimentation.
Knowledge of production processes and social-first content environments.
