About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the seamless delivery of socially-led creative and influencer campaigns.
Manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Influence, and Client Services teams.
Act as the operational backbone of projects; bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to workflows.
Ensure teams are set up for success and work is delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years’ experience in project management, production, or operations (agency experience preferred).
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships internally.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, socially-led creative environment.
Understanding of social platforms, formats, and content production workflows.
Tech-savvy, with experience using MacOS, project management or resourcing tools.
Experience supporting the rollout of a new resourcing and project management system is a plus.
