About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the seamless delivery of socially-led creative and influencer campaigns.
  • Manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring on time and on budget delivery.
  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Influence, and Client Services teams.
  • Act as the operational backbone of projects; bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to workflows.
  • Ensure teams are set up for success and work is delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, production, or operations (agency experience preferred).
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships internally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, socially-led creative environment.
  • Understanding of social platforms, formats, and content production workflows.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using MacOS, project management or resourcing tools.
  • Experience supporting the rollout of a new resourcing and project management system is a plus.
