About the role
- We are looking for a Senior Producer (m/f/d) based in Munich on an 18-month fixed-term contract to support our Client Service team.
- Responsible for the operational management of productions and project-related implementations
- Early involvement in projects to ensure realistic timings, budgets, and production approaches
- Managing resources, workflows, and deliverables with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Close collaboration with Client Service and Creative as a production-side sparring partner
- Ensuring clear processes, smooth coordination, and reliable execution
- Contributing to pitches and new projects with a focus on feasibility and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- *What does the role include?*

- *What are we looking for?*
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in an agency environment, ideally in production, project management or delivery
- Interest in social media, digital campaigning and content production
- Solid experience in managing productions and more complex projects
- A good feel for creative concepts and ideas, without taking on the creative lead
- Strong stakeholder management and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in organizing, managing and improving processes
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
