• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and competitive benchmarking
• Set up and optimize PMAX, Search, Display, and Video campaigns
• Monitor pacing, bids, budgets, tracking, and performance
• Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Handle audience setup, creative rotation, and A/B testing frameworks
• Develop creative testing structures and optimization strategies
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
• Analyze campaign data using GA4, first-party data, and internal tools
• Understand and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics
• Prepare clear internal and client-facing reports
• Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
• Work closely with creative team on concepts, messaging, copy, and direction
• Support strategic planning with the Head of Media Technology
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
