About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a project manager for all client work, developing timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, and managing deliverables from both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones are completed, meeting all accuracy and quality standards
- Assist with creative services, including drafting initial email/web copy, and distilling instructions for designers to turn into web graphics
- Work with account team to oversee message/landing page setup and quality assurance in the client’s CRM platform
- Maintain ownership over client’s data segmentation as well as imports and exports of segmented lists
- Prepare email, web, and campaign advertising performance reports weekly
- Create, review, and maintain all project fundamentals including agendas, meeting notes and follow-ups, and production schedules for both client and internal team
- Help prepare presentations and reports before in-person client meetings as needed, with guidance from the account lead
- Maintain and organize all client documents and files on a shared drive for the team’s reference
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one of the following areas of work: advocacy, fundraising, electoral campaigning, project management, event planning, Internet marketing, direct response
- Technology-oriented, with the ability and desire to understand how online fundraising, marketing and advocacy technology works (Note: This is not a Web development position.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in online fundraising, e-mail marketing and advocacy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated effective use of digital tools to manage internal and external workflow and communication (including email, chat, zoom, and online workflow tool)
- Additional Preferred (but not required) Knowledge: Experience with nonprofit fundraising or advocacy, Basic HTML and other web tools experience, Some experience with Luminate, Salsa, EveryAction, Engaging Networks, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar

Comp & perks- A starting salary range of between $60,000 - $67,000, with performance evaluations and review of salary at least annually
