About the role
- Provide functional support for Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
- Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
- Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
- Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
- Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
- Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows
- Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- ITIL knowledge or experience working with ticketing systems (preferred)
- Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners (preferred)
