Manager

• Provide leadership and oversight for major Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives, including audits, true‑ups, renewals, and remediation projects
• Facilitate and support the development or refinement of Asset Management & Compliance processes
• Lead Software Asset Management‑related components of enterprise initiatives or projects as the subject matter expert
• Research emerging software concepts and share the insights to inform policy, process, and technology decisions
• Provide regular dashboard reports and executive summaries on software asset status, compliance risks, and value optimization to IT leadership
• Compile, prioritize, schedule, and execute annual software reconciliations and renewals for complex software products
• Produce detailed and summary audit reports for completed software reconciliations to maintain readiness for external manufacturer audits
• Facilitate and track remediation of non-compliant software findings
• Conduct regular audits of prohibited software and coordinate removal actions
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for external software audits, leading all phases of the audit process
• Interpret complex software usage data, entitlements, and licensing terms to support informed decision‑making
• Manage licensing and subscription models for cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, etc.) and AI solutions
