Key responsibilities & impact

As an employee of WBS TRAINING you represent your field with passion and vision
In your role as an instructor, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
In your lesson design you see yourself both as a knowledge provider and as a learning facilitator (Learning 4.0)
This includes subject-specific teaching from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Use of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design
Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
Conducting assessments to measure competency growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or equivalent
At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
Solid knowledge and skills across various areas of software development and information technology
Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Practical experience in software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies
Knowledge of databases and SQL, software architecture and design, virtualization (Hyper-V), as well as operating systems, system architecture and security practices
Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO trainer certificate)
Methodical and didactic aptitude for teaching content
Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
