About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a freelance trainer for WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight.
In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competency development of course participants.
In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
This includes subject-specific instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Designing and applying a variety of teaching methods for course delivery
Preparing and conducting assessments to check learning progress
Participating in quality-assurance measures
Enthusiasm for innovative concepts in individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or a university degree
Professional and project experience as a consultant
Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching
Current SAP S/4HANA certification
Proof of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., P2WTTT certificate or AEVO
Methodological and didactic skill in conveying instructional content
Independent and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
