Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants.
Encourage active engagement with the learning content and its practical application.
Stimulate group discussion and exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats.
Motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere.
Supervise individual completion of tasks as part of project work.
Assess and grade project work.
Support the (further) development of the product.
Deliver teaching from a home office (remote).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years).
Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence.
Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or another relevant field and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence.
Experience with the primary tool: Power BI.
Additional experience with: Microsoft Excel (desirable).
Ability to apply generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes.

Several years of experience as an online trainer, ideally also in the context of publicly funded continuing education. Application of innovative didactic methods to engage learners during synchronous online sessions. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
